Workout Music

Everyone loves a good tune to workout to don't they?  My workouts are accompanied by my favourite podcasts unless I am doing a class.

I am subscribed to 4 currently, Gareth Emery, Above & Beyond - Group Therapy, Armin Van Buuren -A State of Trance and Touchdown Airbase (less regular updates but AMAZING) Guessed what music I like yet? ;-)

I recently smashed a number of my pb's whilst working out to Gareth Emery Live from EDC Las Vegas - absolutely amazing!! I love nothing more than cranking it up, closing my eyes and just letting myself go, it gives me a rush of adrenaline that just pushes me harder!.  I find that I forget about my restrictions and I can feel my heart rate pick up.

I absolutely love dancing to Trance so I guess the feeling carries through to my workouts as I get that sense of crazy excitement that I experience on the odd occasion I go dancing! (I say dance very loosely, just because I love it, it does not mean I am any good!)

I am also sat writing this whilst listening to the latest Above & Beyond podcast - frickin awesome - it actually makes my skin tingle and its all I can do to stop myself jumping up in the office and dancing my ass off!!
