Anyway, the point of the post is to say about my latest smoothie and I didn't want it to be lost in the midst of my Trance rant!
It was an easy one, but my favourite so far. +Tom Burgin was not keen!
2 x Banana na na na's ;-)
1 x tbsp Meridian Almond Butter
A fair sized chunk of ginger
A good puff of cinamon
1 tbsp Agave nectar
almost 1/2 pint skimmed milk
2 tbsp of fat free Greek Yoghurt
I think the finished product tasted like Gingernut biscuits and was under 500 calories, so burnt that space up in the gym first!!
