When I'm struggling to find the energy to lift my sore and aching self up and out to the gym, I think about the times when I'm injured and I can't go. I make myself remember how annoyed I feel that I can't exercise and I soon pull my finger out!
100 abs workout this morning followed by a boxing session with one of the guys from work. That should finish me off just nicely for the weekend
This is my current abs workout, courtesy of Liam, my PT's Facebook page. I'm working on managing all the big sets without breaks. It's not pretty.
